1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

We collect and use your personal information in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, necessity, purpose limitation, and transparency. During your use of the Services, we may process personal information that you provide voluntarily or that is generated through your use of the Services.

If we intend to use your personal information for a purpose not described in this Policy, we will notify you in an appropriate manner and, where required by applicable laws, obtain your additional consent before doing so.

1.1 Account Registration and Login

1.1.1 Registration or Login via Mobile Number: When you register for or log in to Weelife 3D using your mobile phone number, we collect your phone number and necessary carrier-related information to create your account, verify your identity, and provide a secure and efficient login experience.

1.1.2 Login via Third-Party Accounts: When you register for or log in to Weelife 3D using a third-party account, such as Facebook, Google, or Apple ID, you authorize us to access certain public information associated with that account, such as your nickname or profile picture. The third party’s processing of your personal information is governed by its own privacy policy.

1.1.3 Age Verification: During registration, we collect your complete date of birth (year, month, and day) to verify whether you are aged 18 or above, enforce the applicable access requirements, and fulfill our user-protection obligations. If the system determines that you are under the age of 18, your registration request will be rejected. If we inadvertently collect information from a user under the age of 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete it after verification.

1.1.4 Profile Information: You may voluntarily provide additional profile information, such as your avatar, nickname, age, gender, and region. Except for the username or nickname required to identify your account, this information is optional. Not providing optional information will not affect your ability to access or use the core features of the Services.

1.1.5 Account Display: After you successfully register or log in, your nickname, avatar, and any other information you choose to make public may be displayed to other users within the application.

1.2 Information Collected When You Use the Services

1.2.1 Basic Device and Log Information:

(2) Log information: Registration and login timestamps, feature-usage records, click actions, interaction timestamps, crash logs, error logs, performance diagnostics, and similar system logs.

(3) Network information: IP address, network-access type (such as Wi-Fi or cellular data), network-quality indicators, and other network attributes required to identify or maintain device connectivity.

1.2.2 Usage Activity Information:

(1) Profile information: Information you voluntarily add to your profile, such as your nickname, avatar, age, gender, and region.

(2) In-app interaction data: Content you provide through in-app feedback or customer-support features, including text messages, descriptions, screenshots, attachments, and other related materials. (3) User-generated content (UGC): Any 3D models, images, videos, audio files, text, virtual avatars, or other content that you upload, publish, or share on the platform.

(4) Sharing-related information: When you choose to share content through external applications, we may access your installed-app list to complete the sharing operation. If you deny this permission, you can still use other Weelife 3D features.

1.3 Transaction and Payment Information

When you purchase virtual items, premium features, or subscriptions through third-party platforms, such as Google Play, the Apple App Store, or other payment service providers, we may obtain necessary transaction-related information from those platforms to process your order, maintain transaction records, and perform risk control. This may include:

(1) Order information: Order number, purchased product or service, transaction amount, currency, and purchase history.

(2) Transaction details: Transaction timestamp, transaction status, IP address, and payment-verification or anti-fraud information.

(3) Device and application information: Operating-system version, application version, device type, and network-connection information, which may be used for fraud detection, risk assessment, and transaction verification.

Payment processing is generally performed directly by the relevant third-party payment provider or app store. We do not receive or store complete payment-card information, such as your full card number or CVV code.

1.4 Customer Service and Issue Resolution

When you contact us through in-app feedback, email, or other communication channels, we may collect and process the following information to assist with your request:

(1) Contact and account information: Information you provide or that is required for identity verification, such as your Open ID or Weelife 3D account details, order records, and transaction receipts.

(2) Supporting materials or descriptions: Written problem descriptions, screenshots, screen recordings, sample files, error messages, log information, or other materials you voluntarily submit.

(3) Technical diagnostic information: Device details, operating-system version, application version, network type, error codes, crash logs, and performance logs required to locate and resolve technical issues.

(4) Communication records: Online chat logs and, where necessary and legally permitted, telephone-related information or recordings.

We use this information only for troubleshooting, technical diagnostics, customer-support improvement, and ensuring the proper operation of the Services. We will not use it for purposes unrelated to customer support.

1.5 Security Protection and Anti-Cheating Measures

To ensure the security, integrity, and stability of the Services and prevent fraud, abuse, attacks, unauthorized access, plug-ins, automation tools, or other harmful activities, we may collect and process:

(1) Device hardware information: Device model, device identifiers, system version, and related technical attributes.

(2) Account behavior information: Abnormal login events, unusually frequent actions, or content suspected of violating platform rules.

(3) Security logs: Risk-assessment results, account suspension or restriction records, and appeal-handling records.

We use this information to:

(1) identify and prevent security incidents;

(2) prevent unauthorized access or misuse; and

(3) comply with legal and regulatory obligations related to security and risk control.

1.6 Location Information

With your explicit authorization, we may collect and use:

(1) GPS-based precise location data; and

(2) approximate location inferred from your IP address, such as your country, region, or city.

Location information may be used to provide or recommend region-appropriate content or services and to implement geographic restrictions required by laws, policies, or compliance obligations.

You may disable location access through your device settings at any time. Disabling location access will affect only features that rely on such data and will not affect the availability of other Services.

1.7 Device Permissions

Depending on the features you use, we may request the following device permissions:

(1) Camera: Capturing photos or videos and scanning QR codes;

(2) Photo Library or Storage: Uploading, saving, or caching images, videos, and files;

(3) Microphone: Recording audio or using voice-based features;

(4) Notifications: Sending alerts, updates, reminders, or other messages;

(5) Location: As described in Section 1.6.

We request and use permissions only within the minimum scope required for specific features. You may manage or revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings. Disabling a permission may affect functions that rely on it, but will not affect other features.

Because operating systems and device models differ, permission behavior may vary. For details, please refer to the “Device Permission Usage List.”

1.8 Legal Obligations and Public Interests

To comply with legal obligations or protect the public interest or the vital interests of users or other individuals, we may process relevant data, to the extent permitted by applicable laws, to detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, illegal activities, or other harmful behavior.

1.9 Situations Where Consent May Be Exempted

In accordance with applicable laws, we may collect, use, or share necessary personal information without obtaining your prior consent in the following circumstances:

(1) when directly related to national security or national defense;

(3) when directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, enforcement of judgments, or related matters;

(4) when necessary to comply with legal or regulatory obligations;

(5) when necessary to perform a contract to which you are a party;

(6) when necessary to protect your or another individual’s life, property, or other major lawful rights and obtaining consent is impractical;

(7) when the personal information has been voluntarily disclosed by you to the public;

(8) when personal information is legally collected from publicly available sources, such as lawful news reports or disclosed government information;

(9) when necessary to maintain the security and stable operation of our products or Services, including detecting, preventing, and handling faults, security incidents, and technical issues; or

(10) in other situations permitted by applicable laws and regulations.

2. How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information

2.1 Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to any third party. In principle, we share your personal information only in the following circumstances:

(1) with your prior consent or explicit authorization;

(2) with service partners that assist us in providing the Services, strictly for legitimate, necessary, specific, and clearly defined purposes and subject to security assessments and supervision; or

(3) at your own request, such as when you voluntarily share information or authorize sharing.

To provide core functionality, ensure service stability, and improve user experience, Weelife 3D may share necessary personal information with the following categories of partners. We require partners to process information in compliance with applicable laws and relevant contractual requirements.

(1) Cloud service and data-storage providers: Providing data hosting, storage, backup, and infrastructure services;

(3) Data analytics and statistical service providers: Analyzing product performance, feature usage, crash data, and service optimization;

(4) Content-moderation service providers: Reviewing user-generated content to help ensure platform safety and compliance;

(5) Technical-support and maintenance partners: Assisting with troubleshooting, incident handling, system optimization, and service stability;

(6) Commercial partners: In advertising or promotional cooperation, receiving only indirect user profiles, such as interest tags, that cannot directly identify you;

(7) Activity organizers and service providers: When you participate in events hosted by Weelife 3D or its affiliates, such as giveaways, physical shipments, or reward distribution, we may share necessary information, such as your name, gender, contact details, postal address, or bank-account information, with the relevant organizer or service provider. If you refuse to provide such information, you may be unable to participate or receive rewards, but this will not affect your use of other features. We will share this information only after obtaining your explicit consent.

2.2 Sharing with Affiliates

Within the scope permitted by law and only when necessary, we may share certain personal information with affiliated entities to jointly provide or improve the Services. If an affiliate intends to change the purpose of processing your personal information, we will seek your additional consent.

2.3 User-Initiated Sharing

When you choose to share content from Weelife 3D with third-party platforms or services, the information is disclosed based on your decision. Any consequences arising from your sharing action, and the third party’s subsequent processing, are governed by the third party’s privacy policy.

2.4 Transfer

Transfer refers to handing over control of personal information to another company, organization, or individual. We do not transfer your personal information unless:

(1) we have obtained your explicit consent;

(2) the transfer is initiated by you; or

(3) a merger, acquisition, restructuring, asset transfer, or bankruptcy occurs and your personal information becomes part of the transferred assets. In such cases, we will require the new holder to remain bound by this Policy; otherwise, we will require the new holder to obtain your consent again.

2.5 Public Disclosure

We do not publicly disclose your personal information except:

(1) with your explicit consent; or

(2) where necessary information is displayed in a de-identified or anonymized manner for event results, public listings, or enforcement-related announcements.

2.6 Exceptions

Where permitted by applicable laws and regulations, anonymized or de-identified information that cannot be used to re-identify an individual may be shared or transferred without separate notice or consent.

3. How We Store and Protect Your Personal Information

3.1 Storage Location and Cross-Border Transfers

Your personal information may be stored on servers operated by us or our service providers. These servers may be located in Singapore, Europe, the United States, or other regions that offer an adequate level of data protection.

When personal information is transferred across countries or regions, we will take measures required by applicable data-protection laws, including:

(1) entering into data-processing or data-transfer agreements with recipients;

(2) using legally recognized Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other compliant transfer mechanisms; and

(3) applying additional safeguards, such as encrypted transmission, access controls, and other necessary technical and organizational measures.

We ensure that cross-border transfers are conducted in a secure, lawful, and compliant manner.

3.2 Retention Period

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by applicable laws or regulations.

When the retention period expires or the relevant purpose has been fulfilled, we will delete or anonymize your personal information in a timely manner.

If we cease part or all of the Services, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and delete or anonymize your personal information after a reasonable retention period, unless otherwise required by law.

3.3 Security Measures

To protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse, alteration, destruction, or loss, we implement technical and organizational measures, including:

(1) data classification and access controls based on sensitivity;

(2) encrypted storage and transmission of personal information;

(3) security auditing, logging, and anomaly detection to monitor system activity; and

(4) security-incident response plans, including emergency handling and risk-mitigation procedures.

Despite these safeguards, no information system can guarantee absolute security. If a personal-information security incident occurs, we will notify you in a timely manner of the incident and remedial measures, and report the incident to the relevant regulatory authorities where required by applicable laws.

We value your rights and control over your personal information and provide ways for you to manage your data. Subject to applicable laws and regulations, you generally have the following rights.

You may access or correct personal information you have provided through the “Profile,” “Account Settings,” or other similar pages within the application.

For information that cannot be accessed or corrected through these methods, please contact us at user_service@weelife3d.com. We will process your request within a reasonable period after verifying your identity.

4.2 Obtain a Copy

Where permitted by law, you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you by emailing user_service@weelife3d.com. After verifying your identity, we will provide the data in a commonly used electronic format, such as CSV or JSON, subject to technical feasibility.

4.3 Withdrawal of Consent and Permission Management

You may withdraw authorization for permissions such as location, camera, photo library, and microphone through your device settings or in-app settings.

After you withdraw consent, we will stop collecting personal information based on those permissions. This does not affect processing carried out before your withdrawal. Disabling permissions may affect features that rely on them, but will not affect features that do not.

4.4 Automated Decision-Making

For certain Services, we may use automated decision-making technologies, such as recommendation algorithms, security-risk detection, or fraud-prevention mechanisms. If automated decision-making materially affects your legitimate rights and interests, you may request an explanation or lodge an objection. We will respond within a reasonable scope and timeframe in accordance with applicable laws.

After verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize your personal information as required by law.

5.2 Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your Weelife 3D account through “Settings → Account Security → Delete Account,” or by contacting us via email.

After you submit a deletion request, we may apply a reasonable cooling-off period. If you log in again or reactivate subscription features during this period, we may treat this as withdrawal of your deletion request.

Once account deletion is complete, we will delete or anonymize the personal information associated with your account, unless retention is required for dispute resolution, compliance obligations, or other legal reasons. Deleted accounts generally cannot be restored.

6. Third-Party Products, Services, and SDKs

Weelife 3D may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services, or integrate software development kits (“SDKs”) or similar tools provided by third parties.

(1) Third parties’ collection and processing of personal information are governed by their own privacy policies, which do not apply to this Policy;

(2) Depending on their business needs, third parties may collect device information, log data, account information, or other necessary data;

(3) We conduct reasonable compliance assessments of third-party partners and impose contractual obligations requiring them to process data in accordance with applicable laws, but we cannot fully control how third parties handle your information.

Before using a third-party service, please carefully review its privacy policy and terms of service. If you become aware of high-risk behavior by a third party, we recommend that you discontinue its use and contact us promptly.
